  • ❄️ SNOW UPDATE — MONDAY, JANUARY 26 ❄️

Due to increasing snowfall and unsafe road conditions, we’re playing it safe and cancelling all morning classes tomorrow.

❌ Cancelled:
• 6:15am Hot Strength Pilates
• 9:30am Hot Strength Pilates
• 12:00pm Hot Yoga 60

We’re hopeful roads will be cleared in time for the evening, and as of now, the following classes are still set to run:

✅ Still running:
• 5:15pm Hot Strength Pilates
• 6:30pm Hot Yoga 60
• 8:00pm Hot LAB Pilates

We’ll continue to monitor conditions and will provide at least 3 hours’ notice if anything changes.

Our invitation as you step into the new year: move mindfully. Notice habits, limiting beliefs, and thoughts that no longer serve you. Release versions of yourself you’ve outgrown. Stay open to learning. Let go of needing to know what comes next—and most importantly, show up as you are.

May this year be about building a lifelong relationship with yourself and your community 🤍

Thank you to everyone who also contributed to our food drive — we’ll be delivering everything this week.
