Cancellation & Waitlist Policy

The cancellation window is 3 hours. If you need to cancel your class, please do so at least 3 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation or no-show fee of $8 + HST.

If you plan to join a waitlist, please ensure you are subscribed to text messages. If you are unsure, email us at info@redtreehotfitness.com and we will confirm for you.

When a class is full and you join the waitlist, you will be added automatically as soon as a spot becomes available. You will receive a text and/or email notification. Your response will determine the following:

If you reply “N”, you will not be added to the class and the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.

If you reply “Y”, you will be added to the class, and any late cancellation or no-show will result in the $8 + HST fee.

If no response is received, the system will assume “Y”, and late cancellation/no-show fees will apply.

Once you are on the waitlist, please keep an eye on your phone leading up to class.

If the 3-hour cancellation window has passed and a spot opens due to a late cancellation, you will not be automatically added from the waitlist. At that point, available spots are open for booking on a first-come basis. You may wish to check the schedule closer to class time for any last-minute availability.

When arriving for class, please check in at the front desk to ensure your attendance is recorded and to avoid a no-show fee.
